Meeting expectations is not the same as meeting a stranger. You can’t not meet your own expectations. Not when you have standards and goals. What about meeting your dog’s expectations? Good luck with that.

OPB PEOPLE IN BEAVERTON’S RESER
OPB people gathered Thursday night for a radio show at The Reser in Beaverton. Maybe it’s the same crowd for every Live Wire show, but I don’t know. I’ve been to one other on Portland’s Eastside and both had one thing in common: Old people who know how to have a laugh.

Breaking stride matters when you’re the lead horse in a harness race. Do that and you’re disqualified. What happens when you breakdown in your regular day to day life? Who notices that? You. Or you should, since everyone else does.
BREAKING IN PERIOD FOR NEW SHOES
For breaking in new shoes the store man said wear them at least ten hours. I wore a pair for ten minutes out of the store and knew they weren’t right. Too heavy, thin soles, and why did I even buy them? To be honest, it happens all too often.
