PASSING TIME, PASSING THROUGH

Passing time with my mother in-law on her birthday was a gift to everyone. Her birthday was May 5, Cinco de Mayo, and we worked it hard every year. So did she.

MAKING TIME TO SHARE TIME

Making time for this, for that, but we still run out of time. On the run? From a Beaverton Farmers Market morning to a Waterfront Blues Festival evening, all the different faces turned into a blur. Some faces, not all.

FEELING JAMMED FOR TIME? AND EVERYTHING ELSE

I’m feeling jammed for time when I hear this in my brain: “I’m late, I’m late! For a very important date! No time to say ‘hello, goodbye,’ I’m late, I’m late, I’m late!” “Be  On  Time,” is my mantra. I’m saying it right now. (beontime beontime beontime) Can’t hurt but,  ??????

PHILADELPHIA TIME STANDING STILL

Philadelphia time passed by these stadiums and arenas in South Philly. It’s a shot from the Seventies with Veteran’s Stadium, JFK Stadium, with The Spectrum in between. The Phillies and Eagles played in The Vet, The 76ers in The Spectrum, with the annual Army v Navy game at JFK. Not. Any. More.

MAKING TIME AND COUNTING DAYS

Making time to do the things you need to get done is one thing. Taking time for the people and places important to you is another. Which one are you best at?

QUIT NOW? THEN WHAT

Quit now and forever hold your peace? Who do you say that to? And who would listen? Quitting is the easy part, it’s what comes next that’s hard to figure out.

TIME CRUNCH? IT’S ALWAYS CRUNCHING AND THE SHOW STILL GOES ON

Time crunch? No one’s got time for that. Oh, wait. If you’re like me, you’re either late or early getting places. Mostly late, which always brings comments like, “Have you ever heard of time management?” Yes, I have, and I’m getting better at it each time. But there’s still that problem:
