My youngest niece is starting a health blog. During her cancer treatment she posted updates and concerns for others to heed. She was inspiring, an inspiration for others to take care of themselves. It’s good to have another blogger in the group. If she asks her Uncle David for advice, this is what I’d say:

A life goal is to make money? If that’s the goal, and you accomplish it, what kind of a life to you have? Now you can relax and slow down? That’s not what billionaires do, so why would you?
SUN SCREEN? “BUT IT’S SO MESSY.” SO IS SKIN CANCER
Do you think sun screen is messy? Too runny, too pasty, too this, too that. Besides, you life in a rain shadow under cloudy skies. What do you need sun screen for?
OLD STORY? THEY’RE ALL OLD STORIES THE OLDER YOU GET
An old story wears thin over time? Not when it’s your story, no matter how many times you tell it. When you hear, “I’ve heard this so many times,” don’t take it as criticism. That’s just someone bragging about their listening skills, not trashing your repetitiveness. Still, why not add something new?
