PUSHING YOUR BOUNDARIES? NOT TOO FAR

Do you know your boundaries, and how far to push? I reviewed some yesterday. Maybe one. As a fitness fan who also likes taking it easy, I sometimes go too far. To far one way with a slack day, or two; too far another day with too much. Here’s how it worked out yesterday:

PORTLAND INSURGENTS ON THE MOVE

Portland insurgents need careful constant monitoring. They are as unpredictable in their actions as a local weather forecast. One minute everything is nice and peaceful, then they unleash more hell than the battles in Gladiator. Their weapons of choice are either beak, or wing. Once they get close enough to strike, it’s too late for […]

TENSION AND RELEASE, THEN REPEAT

Honest Abe knew all about tension and release. When things got a little too tight for the old rail splitter, he grabbed his other axe and let it out. Some say he was a rocker, some say a folk singer, but he was a blues man. Look at the way he’s working the fifth fret […]

MODERN MEDICINE STILL TAKES TIME

Modern medicine takes time, but it’s worth the wait. There’s something about getting sick, turning the corner to getting better, until finally a return to robust health and wellbeing. ADRENALINE DUMP? EMT SAYS, “IT’S A REAL THING”

I’ve never heard of an adrenaline dump in this context: After an emergency situation you feel a need GO. An urgent need, but it’s during an emergency. If you’re wondering, ‘But Blogger D, what’s the big emergency?’ I’ll paint the picture:

SHIFT TALKERS WORK OVERTIME

Shift talkers like to mix it up, change things. Some do it for the better, some for the worse. They all have one thing in common: Not knowing how and when to shut up. For that we should be thankful?

BLOGGER PROBLEMS: AN AUTHENTIC TAKE

Blogger problems come in the same package as any other problems. And they get the same initial response: What. The. Hell? After all that calms down, writing begins. For example:

EXTRA CHARGE FOR CHANGING 220 DRYER PLUG OUTLET

An extra charge isn’t something you want buying things or screwing around with electricity. With power one thing can lead to another and you may find yourself twitching out on a garage floor. What I’m telling you is to check to make sure the power is off before switching an outlet, then check again. Check […]
