HOW TO VOTE CORRECTLY IN 2026 FOR MILLENNIALS

If millennials vote correctly in 2026, their voice will be heard since they replaced baby boomers as the largest generation currently crowding everyone younger.
Speaking for all boomers, I offer apologies to Gen Z, Alpha, and Beta.
And this to the millennials: your welcome.
Now that they’re older they’ve discovered yearnings for what they’ve taken for granted, like clean air, clean water, and a clean conscience.
Now they have a chance to keep moving in the cleaner direction.

This is the flat spot in the river bank where people used to take a break.
Whether coming up from the Columbia River, or down on the Willamette, this was the original rest stop for paddlers.
Then it grew, grew some more, and for those of us who’ve traded punches on her streets, it’s all grown up.
And it has bookends on the part people think of when they hear the word ‘Portland.’
