Educational Health Updates For Life

To a person, including everyone I know, and you know who you are, we committed to our kids.

We committed to the neighbor kids, school kids, sports kids. And each other. It was about education and example and consistency.

Why?

For me it was about making better adults, and if you plan on living a few more years, better adults are a good thing.

To see boys grow to men with the confidence and good sense to figure out difficult problems without guns is a continual joy.

Do you have people, someone to call when you need to talk?

If you’re not a writer, it’s important. I’ve got plenty to say right here, and besides, I’ve got you.

And you, and you, and you. 

Who don’t have people?

Nineteen little kids in Texas don’t have anyone to talk to. 

No questions to ask, no answers to hear.

The love of their families and friends lost to them.

They’ll be remembered and revered in their town. 

Then what?

Broken men see nineteen kids gunned down in their school as an acceptable loss.

Nineteen kids gunned down in their school is not an acceptable loss.

Vote For Mental Health Upgrades

Any congressman or woman, state or county elected official, any dog catcher, who struggles to connect the dots of a school shooting to the guns and bullets needs to find another line of work.

A person who can look at pictures of their young kids who’ve made it adulthood without a pang of sorrow and remorse for kids left dead in their classrooms have mental health issues.

If they only see the needed voters for their next election, yet can’t see a way forward against gun violence, you can’t thank them for their service.

Who wants to thank a self-server for their self-service? How would that work?

Good job for you doing you so well. For you. What about the rest of us?

Your Oregon Senators are not listed but they are Jeff Merkley and Ron Wyden. Both are extreme anti-gunners. 

All Oregon members of the US House of Representatives are anti-gun except Cliff Bentz. 

Go ahead and ring them up for the good work they’ve done to be called ‘anti-gun’, or promoted to ‘extreme anti-gun’ by “Oregon’s Only No Compromise Gun Rights Organization.”
