NO REGRET LIFE FOR LIVING WITH REGRETS

Life with no regret, not one, is a life worth living. If you hear someone say they have no regrets about anything, it’s not your job to find something for them to regret. But it is your job to know how words work, beginning with definitions. Your understanding of regret might need an update:

ALASKA AIRLINES PROMISE COMES THROUGH

An Alaska Airlines promise is different than Hawaiian Airlines. How different? Alaska sent a refund check this week, a refund Hawaiian couldn’t find a way to make. What’s the big difference? First with Alaska:

LOYAL MEN FROM OREGON COAST TO MOUNTAINS

Loyal men used to do one thing: pledge and hold their allegiance to family and nation. It used to be a point of pride, like being a Dallas Cowboys fan. America’s Team, or just another outfit that can’t get out of its own way? How can we stay out of our own way?

Future consequences were on my mind at the corner store. “What are the chances of anything bad happening?” I said at checkout. “I can think of one,” the cashier said. Whether you admit it or not, there are always consequences, planned and unplanned. For example:

OREGON COAST LIFE LESSON REVIEW

Does the Oregon coast offer a different experience than other coastlines? That’s the question. The big answer is, “The Oregon coast will kill you as dead as any other coast.” So stay out of the water? Come on, it’s the beach.
