BODY MOVEMENT? KEEP GOING

There’s one thing you learn when you start body movement: getting in shape hurts more than expected.
So does getting out of shape.
The difference?
One goes away, one doesn’t.
Then what?

 

 

When you see reunions of old guys many, too many, are in wheel chairs, or use a cane.
Kids don’t get this part, the part where you think about each step instead of just taking a step.
Each step could be your last.
When you can’t run, do something else.

 

 

 

No matter where you are in your fitness journey, and it’s a journey whether you call it that or not, you need body movement.
But it hurts when you do that?
Then do something else. Keep things shaking.
Take a good look, take notes on what you’d like to change, and start.
Start in the kitchen.
If you packed it on, you can pack it off?
Yes. You. Can.
Do I really believe that? I do.
If I focus and hit my weight goals, my fitness goals, I might get some pictures taken.
