ACCEPTING FAILURE? LESSONS FROM LeBRON

If you’re good at accepting failure, it means one thing: You tried, given it your best, and it wasn’t enough. You’ve done it, I’ve done it. If you haven’t done it, it’s coming. Accept failure to get better, and who doesn’t want to get better?

WEIGHT LIFTING FOR MENTAL HEALTH

Weight lifting is for everyone, more or less, weight-wise. Lifting is something you do every day whether you log it as such, or not. I’m a fan of trying to tell the difference between lifters and non-lifters.

AMERICAN PROCESS = THE GRIND

American process is what we’re famous for around here. LIFE BEGINS WHEN? PT. 1

Life begins the moment you realize you’re having fun with the people around you. If the people are scientists of varying disciplines, life origin is based on solid theories. It’s a whole ‘nother story with anyone else. What if it’s some random blogger?

I’ll define ‘personal attachments’ first: it’s your leg, your arm, your head. It’s anything you’ve grown fond of. Baby boomers are officially old enough to have grown fond of most everything. And that’s a normal life.

WEIRD PEOPLE? LIKE WHO

Weird people you know invite you over for a backyard barbecue. That’s the scene. What could go wrong? They pull this out: Hearts and Gizzards. Let the grilling begin.

EMPATHY FEELINGS? LET ‘EM OUT

The first time I wrote out ’empathy feelings’, spell check went to ’empty feelings.’ Empty feelings might be a better key word, just not the one I’m looking for. But I got an empty feeling scrolling through twitter, through yahoo news, and every other post was red hat related. Honest blogger that I am, it […]
