UN-AMERICAN ACCUSATION BASED ON COMMON DECENCY

Who gets tagged with an un-American accusation? Asking for gun control in the wake of mass shootings? That’s un-American accusation? Talking about the Jan.6 insurrection? Also worthy of an un-American accusation? I find no joy in human suffering; animal suffering doesn’t make my day either. Personal suffering up close is a whole ‘nother deal.

McNAMARA’S MORONS? WE’RE ALL MORONS WITH GUN LAWS

McNamara’s Morons was a government program for filling the enlisted ranks during the Vietnam War. But, that wasn’t the official name of the program. In 1967, Defense Secretary Robert McNamara lowered military recruiting standards as part of a program called Project 100,000. Doesn’t Project 100,000 sound better than McNamara’s Morons.
